Last month, we enjoyed our first Winter Celebration in 3 years! It was a wonderful time to gather, see new and familiar faces, eat delicious food, and enjoy fun games. We hope you are looking forward to the next CPFM activity, bowling, this spring!
If you have photos you would like to share from the celebration,
please email them to ndavis3@uoregon.edu.

Thanks to Matthew Paeschke, Rick Chase, and Bob Petersen, this classroom got a face lift. Matthew revamped the classroom with 30 new fluorescents & replaced the old yellowed light shades. Bob & Rick prepared the room by removing large framed maps and boulders, then painted the 1000 sq. ft. classroom.

Pictured here is a drake Wood Duck in the Mill Pond. They are known for their distinct and patterned coloring. Many of these birds move into the pond in the fall and winter and often hide out in trees. There are many species that visit the pond throughout the year, including Mallards. Take a look next time you're walking by the Mill Pond (in front of the CPFM compound off of Onyx St.) to see if you can spot one!

I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the rotating Work Control crew who have been humanning the CPFM admin reception station. They are always welcoming when anyone comes in the door and helpful with any questions or needs. It’s also been nice to see a rotating group and get to know more people on the team! - Sarah Stoeckl
