College of Human Sciences Displays New Banner at December Commencement
The new College of Human Sciences banner made its grand debut at the December 2016 commencement ceremony. The new design was adapted from the original design by former faculty member Dr. Ben Goh. Executive Associate Dean Lynn Huffman, Ph.D, initiated the redesign process for the latest banner. Associate Dean for Students Mitzi Lauderdale, J.D., CFP®, facilitated focus groups with college administrators, faculty, staff, and students to garner input on the final design.
The banner features a woman, an adolescent, and a child with a diversity of faces and ages to reflect the community that the college serves in its mission to improve and enhance the human condition. A globe is placed to represent the college’s goal to positively impact a global community. Read More >>
