Reboot, is our theme for 2022. For 3 years we have been living in a world filled with connections that have been driven by social media, and the interactions that we can have through a phone. We want to Reboot our way of thinking about how we have lasting meaningful relationships, friendships, and connections with those around us. How are we called to be in fellowship? • Space to connect with other students and leaders
  • A weekend that will have you talking for weeks

WEEKLY YOUTH MINISTRY PROGRAMMING
We invite youth (6th - 12th grade) to come home, and be a part of our weekly youth ministry programming here at St. Luke’s! We are excited to connect and engage with our youth and our adult leaders in Community, Worship, and Grade Groups. We want you to come and take part in all God is doing here as we continue to create a Christ-Centered group for middle and high school students where You Belong to Beloved Community, You Grow to Awaken Disciples, and You Serve to Reveal The Kingdom.
Let's chat about the week's message over your favorite bowl of cereal (various cereals and milk options will be available). Both middle and high school youth are welcome to join.

Is serving more your thing for a Wednesday evening? 👇
Each week (August-May) after a time of connection and worship, we will break off into Grade Groups. There, we will have fun and dive deep as we engage in relevant discussions about faith and how it impacts our lives and those around us.
Our amazing team of adult leaders plays a vital part in the ministry we get to do here, as we strive for authentic relationships and connect with our youth, leading to real “Be 1 of 5” discipleship and giving our students a sense of belonging.
If you’d like to be a Grade Group Leader, a Connect Host, a High School Life Group Leader (our newest opportunity to serve and connect with our youth), or another youth ministry volunteer opportunity, don't hesitate to get in touch with Brandon at bsangster@st.lukes.org. Now is the perfect time to jump in!
THIS FALL
High School Life Groups is something new we are starting this year and looking for leaders to connect with a group of high schoolers on a weekly basis outside of HIGHPOINT (our normal youth group time). These groups will be/form various affinity-based communities and held in The Youth Center or a fitting public place. These groups will meet with a couple of adult leaders weekly for connection and discussion over some fun commonality — again, think youth affinity group. The leaders will schedule the day and time for their group.

Info for High School Life Groups will be shared as groups are formed.
NOW IS A GREAT TIME TO JUMP IN
If you’d like to be a HIGH SCHOOL LIFE GROUP LEADER (our newest opportunity to serve and connect with our high school youth), or another youth ministry volunteer opportunity please email Brandon at bsangster@st.lukes.org.
Milestones are the significant cultural and developmental markers that our students experience throughout their years of life. They are the exciting firsts: the first day of middle school or high school, getting braces and a driver’s license, even voting for the first time...  There are also firsts in their faith life: confirmation, attending sleep-away camps & retreats, serving on mission trips, and more.
Students and their grownups are invited to participate in a LEVEL UP each year as they grow in their faith. Each year students can collect a new LEVEL UP key as they take steps towards growing in the love of Jesus.
September: Level Up: (6th grade) 12:30-1:30pm.
Class will occur after the 11:15 service in the Youth Center.

LEVEL UP SCHEDULE:
  • October 2, 2022: 7th Grade (Worship & Piety)
  • November 6, 2022: 8th Grade (Confirmation)
  • February 5, 2023: 9th Grade (Spiritual Gifts)

  • April 2, 2023: 11th Grade (Discipleship)
