Reward for Club minutes & News SubmissionsI am challenging all clubs and chartered groups to submit Club minutes and News to the office. All clubs who submit minutes from monthly club meetings will be eligible for a grand prize drawing. This grand prize will be a celebration for the club, for example, an ice cream or pizza party.
To be eligible for the grand prize, the clubs must submit monthly meeting minutes from October 2021 to September of 2022. Club news and minutes can be submitted here. If a club doesn't have a meeting during a month, they can simply send an email to Tracy stating this, or make note of that in the minutes that are submitted. Clubs can still submit October minutes!
