Extended Programs at the Middle School
Dear Middle School families,
St. Michael’s is excited to offer families of Middle School students after-school care on an as-needed basis. Understanding our families have busy schedules, the School’s goal with Extended Programs at the Middle School is to provide a safe and enjoyable space for students to be after school to study, grab a snack, wait for practice to begin or just relax after a full day.
Here are the details...

Available Monday through Thursday (four days per week). We will start this week on Thursday, September 15.

Begins when carline ends at 3:05 p.m. (though billing does not begin until 3:10 p.m.).

Ends at 4:30 p.m.

Supervised by St. Michael’s Extended Programs staff.

Starts in Allen Library, but may venture around campus as weather allows and events (e.g., athletic games) beckon.

Cost is $5.00 per half hour (see below), billed to School accounts.
* Students waiting for a St. Michael’s event (e.g., an athletic practice or game) pay only a flat fee of $3.00 for the entire time until 4:30 p.m.
Note: a minimum of 6 students must participate to for this special rate to apply.-
To allow for life’s little challenges, families are extended the courtesy of one free use of Extended Programs per semester.

Accommodations for Students with Trinity Drivers
Monday (when Trinity dismisses at 3:15 p.m.)
There is no charge for
students with Trinity student drivers until 3:30 p.m. at the Middle School. Pick up at the Lower School is 3:35 p.m. For families with a child on all three campuses, pick-up time at the Lower School is adjusted to 3:45 p.m.
Tuesday through Friday (when Trinity dismisses at 3:00 p.m.)
There is no charge for students with Trinity student drivers until 3:15 p.m. at the Middle School. For families with a child on all three campuses (St M Bon Air, St M Singleton, and Trinity), pick-up time at the Lower School will also be adjusted to 3:30 p.m. ***
