Aarsand Holdings, LLC (“Aarsand”), owned and operated by long-time Taco Bell and KFC franchisee Kurt Aarsand, has secured a $35,000,000 revolving loan note to refinance its existing debt and fund future capital needs.
The financing optimized the company’s capital structure providing:
- a significant increase in debt capacity,
- a dramatic increase to free cash flow, and
- access to a flexible revolving line of credit
Founded in 1983 with one KFC restaurant in Havre de Grace, MD, Aarsand has grown to include a total of 61 restaurants located in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
