If you need to make a quick easy survey of students that automatically collects the respondent’s name try Microsoft Forms. We think you’ll find that it’s very similar to Google Forms.  

GW pays for and supports MS Forms, which can be used for surveys or quizzes. MS Forms offers many of the same features as Google Forms, including:

And best of all, it treats GW students, faculty, and staff as all belonging to the same institution. If you set a survey to require a GW login and record the respondent’s name it doesn’t matter what their role is.
