Professor Entrikin served as Executive Editor for the latest edition of the ABA Legal Writing Sourcebook, which serves as the principal reference work for deans and educators devoted to high-quality legal writing education.
Professor cummings joined a panel at the Criminal Justice Symposium hosted by the University of Arkansas Fort Smith to discuss access to justice and the Bowen Law School’s commitment to providing legal services to Arkansans that have been historically shut out and/or underrepresented.
Associate Dean Cain represented plaintiff Mildred Crowder in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circut, obtaining a reversal of a district court order dismissing a Fourth Amendment deadly force case.
