Speed limit in RVR: 20 mph
|
Many local schools are back in session and that means you will see children in the community walking to and from school. We ask that homeowners please slow down and remain cautious when driving in RVR.
The speed limit in the neighborhood is 20 mph. Please adhere to the law and do not exceed 20 mph.

Special Assessment | Payment Timeline |

The first due date for the special assessment for the Ranch House Improvement Plan is quickly approaching. The total amount is $5,500.
As a reminder the due dates are:

- October 1, 2024 - 50% ($2,750) is due. Full payment may also be made.
- August 1, 2025 – final payment is due.
|
|
|
If you are on auto-pay, the special assessment will NOT automatically be charged to your account.
If you would like to charge it to your account, please fill out the form here.
Auto-pay runs on the 10th of the month, so the last chance to have it charged to your account is Tuesday Sept.10.
Alternatively, you may mail or drop off a check to the Ranch House. Checks can be made payable to “RVRMA.” *We do not accept credit cards.
Interest and late fees may be assessed if payment is not received by Tuesday, Oct. 1.

The slide is now closed for the season and there will not be lifeguards on duty – swim at your own risk! The rec pool will remain open after Labor Day while weather permits. We will send updates through September as temperatures change and leaves start to fall.
Now that summer staff is gone, please be extra mindful of only using the towels you need and cleaning up after yourselves at the pool.
Hot food at the Snack Bar will be available weekends only until Monday, Sept. 2 (Labor Day).

Turf Work/Herbicide Application |
Please be advised that herbicide application will take place in the community the week of August 26. Only selected areas of spot spraying will happen. More information regarding the selected areas are featured on the landscape page of the website. These dates are subject to postponement due to weather.
