Protect Our Wildlife - Be Trash Responsible The Carbondale police have received numerous complaints regarding trash cans left outside on non-trash days. This is happening predominantly in the Old Town neighborhood. As a result, Carbondale PD will begin issuing tickets.
To keep bears safe and out of our neighborhoods, please remember to place trash out the morning of trash pick-up only. Thank you for your efforts to keep the community and local wildlife safe!
