Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® Reaffirms Continued Partnership with DocuSign® |
|
|
|
In today’s real estate marketplace, there is no shortage of e-signature platforms available to agents. For 14 years, Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® has proudly partnered with DocuSign® to provide members with a trusted, reliable transaction management solution included as part of their membership dues.
Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® is pleased to reaffirm that we have renewed our agreement with DocuSign® and will continue offering this valuable member benefit to our members.
As technology options continue to evolve, the Association remains committed to providing members with a platform they already know and use. DocuSign® continues to be one of the most widely-recognized and reliable e-signature solutions in the industry, allowing REALTORS® to securely send and sign legally binding documents anytime, anywhere, from any internet-connected device. Continuing this partnership also helps avoid unnecessary disruption for members and their clients by eliminating the need to transition to a new platform or learn an entirely new system.
For members joining Tri-County from another Association or those who may need assistance getting set up under the Tri-County account, additional information and transfer instructions are available via tcsr.realtor/docusign-transfer.
Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® remains focused on delivering meaningful, practical tools that support member success while ensuring continuity in the products and services REALTORS® depend on to efficiently serve their clients.

Dial In, Cash Out – Win $500 at the RPAC Telethon for Investing |
On Tuesday, June 9, 2026, from 10:00am - 3:00pm, Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® and the RPAC Fundraising Committee will host the Annual RPAC Telethon. Members are encouraged to participate in two ways:
First, members can volunteer as Telethon callers, reaching out to fellow REALTORS® to help secure RPAC investments. Volunteers will receive lunch, and those who obtain 10 or more investments will earn a $75 education certificate redeemable through the Association of REALTORS® School. (Certificates can be used towards the purchase of The MCE Season Pass.)
Members are also encouraged to respond to outreach efforts on the day of the Telethon by making an RPAC investment.
As an added incentive, any member who makes an RPAC investment during the Telethon on June 9 — either through a Telethon call or their online portal — will be entered to win a $500 Visa gift card. The winner will be selected and notified by Association leadership following the event.
For more information, to volunteer at the 2026 RPAC Telethon, or questions about investments, please contact VP of Operations, Mike Carlin.
The REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) plays a vital role in electing candidates who support and advocate for homeownership at all levels of government regardless of party affiliation. RPAC is a key benefit of REALTOR® membership, providing essential advocacy to protect the interests of real estate professionals and homeowners alike. The support of RPAC is crucial for safeguarding the real estate industry, clients, and the bottom line of REALTOR® members.

10 Days Remain Until the Deadline for PA Real Estate License Renewal
|
Real estate agents can now renew their real estate licenses through the Pennsylvania Licensing System (PALS). The Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission has emailed licensees to notify them that renewals are being accepted and must be completed by Sunday, May 31, 2026.
All licensees must complete the 14-hour CE requirements PRIOR to renewing their license. CE requirements are different depending on when your license was issued. Those who do not have copies of their transcripts should contact the schools where they took their courses. Transcripts for courses taken through The Association of REALTORS® School are available in member's Secure Member Portal. Please note, proof of transcripts are no longer required as part of the license renewal process and are not submitted or uploaded into the system.
For agents who still need to complete continuing education, a full calendar of Accredited courses is available here.

*Important Waiver Period Notice for New Licensees
|
Licenses issued between March 1, 2026 - May 31, 2026 automatically come with a 2028 expiration date, meaning the license is valid through the next renewal cycle. This is referred to as a "Waiver Period."
Licensees who receive their real estate license during the “Waiver Period” are not required to complete continuing education, and do not need to pay for or submit a license renewal application during this cycle.
We encourage all members to log into their Pennsylvania Licensing System account to confirm the expiration date on their license(s).
|
*Important Note: Renewal Deadline Falls on a Sunday. Plan to Complete by Friday 5/29 if Assistance is Needed.
|
Renewals must be completed online by Sunday, May 31. If an agent misses the May 31 deadline, the State Real Estate Commission considers the license expired, and real estate practice must immediately cease or be subject to possible discipline.
Do not wait until the last minute to renew. Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® is staffed through Friday, May 29, until 4:30pm for questions regarding renewal. The State Real Estate Commission will not be available for questions on Sunday, May 31.

SRA: Luxury Apartments Move Ahead in Horsham (Montgomery County)
|
|
| |
|
After a six-year process, Korman Communities and Goodman Properties have broken ground on AVE Horsham, a 274-unit luxury apartment building at 723 Dresher Road in Horsham, replacing a demolished former Telerx call center the partners bought for $2.9 million in 2020. The four-story building is expected to be completed by early 2028 and will offer studios, one- and two-bedroom units averaging 1,000 square feet, along with 13,000 square feet of indoor amenities, two outdoor courtyards and over 440 parking spots. Korman co-CEO Brad Korman credited Horsham Township officials for their unusually welcoming stance toward the project, contrasting it with the typical suburban resistance to apartment development. The developers frame the project as a better use of the site than a vacant office building, generating more tax revenue while adding to the Philadelphia suburbs' tight housing supply — a market where Korman's similar AVE properties in King of Prussia, Blue Bell and Malvern are running at 95% to 97% occupancy.
