| Update on Bradford BallfieldsThe Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District Board is not currently pursuing the ballfields that were proposed at the Bradford K-8 North School. The Board plans to use the Plains Metro District lawsuit settlement funds to pay for Tennis Courts 1 & 2 at the Community Center that are scheduled, weather permitting, to open the week of June 19. The settlement proceeds next will be used to replace the pool at the Ranch House. If there are funds still available after the pool is complete, the MD Board will consider renovating or developing ballfields at a later date. If you have any questions, please contact Melissa Daruna at melissad@kcranch.org or 303-979-1876, ext. 136.

| Informational Open House for East Plum Thicket-Manzanita Social Trail ConversionAn open house will be held on June 8 from 6-8 p.m. at Dakota Lodge to view plans and answer questions about a proposed new trail project located in the interior open space areas around the neighborhoods immediately north of Bradford K-8 North School. The detailed plan looks at current conditions, analyzes design options and provides recommendations for multiple existing social trail segments between Deerwood Drive and Valley Parkway and between Woodruff and Mountain Laurel Drive. If the Master Association Board decides to move forward with the project, the earliest construction start date would be spring/summer of 2018. If you are unable to attend the open house, you can send comments to Sean Warren at seanw@kcranch.org.
