Lap Lane Reservation Reminders |
The Ranch House lap pool is a favorite among RVR homeowners and we love that so many of you enjoy this popular amenity. As a kind reminder, please be sure to follow these important lap lane rules:
|
| |
|
|
-
Lap lane reservations are strongly recommended. Click here to reserve a lane or call the front desk at 970-963-6300.
- Swim lanes are considered shared lanes. We ask that homeowners book one swim lane at a time.
-
We have 4 lanes (lanes 1 & 2 are shared, lanes 3 & 4 are shared). Lane 1 is closest to the hot tub and lane 4 is closest to the fence. Look for number markings on the pool deck near the lanes to ensure you are swimming in the correct lane.
-
Be aware of your reserved lap lane number and reservation time and if you are unable to make your reserved time please be sure to cancel so another homeowner can use the lane.

Plants are nature's air filter and they can improve indoor air quality by converting carbon dioxide into oxygen. Different plant species, types of soil, lighting, temperature, and size can all vary the impact of plants on indoor air pollution. If you don’t have any houseplants, maybe now is a good time to consider getting one or two. But don't expect your fern to solve any indoor air problems you have. The most effective way to ensure clean air is to keep pollutants out of the air to begin with. Avoid air fresheners and other strongly scented products, don't smoke or vape indoors, and keep pets off the furniture and beds. Use exhaust fans when cooking, and vacuum at least weekly. By limiting indoor pollution, your plants won't have to work so hard.

The mail notification icon is back by popular demand! Look for the small mail icon at the top right corner of the rvrma.org website to learn if the USPS mail has arrived. A red mail icon means the mail has not arrived yet and a green mail icon indicates your mail is ready to be picked up.
*Please note that the post office has been short staffed and the mail has been arriving near Ranch House closing.

During the busy holiday season practice good postal etiquette!
| |
|
Be considerate of the postal workers. They are working extra hard this time of year!
|
|
-
Be sure to check your mailbox regularly. There is limited space in each box and with the holidays, many residents will be receiving catalogs, packages and other bulk mail. If your box is full, the post office may have to return your mail to the sender.
-
Remember that if you are heading out of town, you should put your mail delivery on hold. You can do so on the USPS website by clicking here.
-
Members can also sign up for informed delivery by USPS. This allows you to see photos of your mail prior to its arrival for free! Click here for more information.
