The Career and Alumni Network office is taking presentation topic submissions for Lifelong Learning for fall 2025. The topics last year included engaging topics such as Valpo's first satellite, sustainability, guitar sound quality, The Victory Bell (covering Valpo Athletics), Job Search: LinkedIn and ChatGPT, and AI in civil engineering. The presentations, held virtually on Zoom and lasting up to one hour, garnered tremendous success and engagement.
You are invited to take part in Lifelong Learning and share your knowledge and expertise with Valpo alumni, family, and friends. You have the freedom to create and design your own program, while the Career and Alumni Network will handle the marketing, registration, and scheduling of your event.
Please submit your Lifelong Learning topic for consideration by completing the linked form. All presentation proposals will be reviewed by the Lifelong Learning Committee for consideration.
The deadline for submission is September 15, 2025, for the fall semester. If you have a late submission, please contact Lori Miltenberger at Lori.miltenberger@valpo.edu for further consideration.
You will be notified no later than September 30, 2025, with confirmation of your proposed topic.
