Hi Friends,
I wanted to reach out since we’ve connected in one way or another, whether we’ve worked together in real estate, or the various career path’s I’ve had. Regardless of how we crossed paths, I really appreciate the relationship that we’ve formed and wanted to share a quick update on what we’re up to.
Real estate keeps changing in New Hampshire and Maine, and we’re staying right on top of it. Over the past few years, buyers have had to deal with higher prices, rising interest rates, and limited inventory, while many sellers have held off to keep their lower mortgage rates. Now we’re starting to see more listings come to market, which could lead to a more balanced market. When things start to shift like this, opportunities tend to follow, but it helps to know what to look for and when to act.
If it’s been a while, I’m Tina Heaney. Before getting into real estate in 2015, I worked previously in global marketing with brands like Burt’s Bees, Kellogg’s, and the US Olympic Snowboard Team, where I learned how to understand different people, different markets, and how to position things in a way that actually works. That same mindset I bring into real estate today, along with my deep roots in New England, brings a broader perspective with a strong local understanding of the area. At Heaney Homes, we take a relationship-first approach, with clear communication and a focus on helping you make decisions that hold up long term.
Staying informed makes a big difference, so I’ll be sharing two short videos each month that break down what’s really happening in our local market. We’ll talk through what’s actually working right now for both buyers and sellers, from which house updates are worth your time to how to approach finding the right home in today’s conditions. The goal is simple: to give you clear answers to the questions I hear most often from my clients.
If these videos aren’t for you, no problem. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of this email, though I think you’ll get a lot out of them.
If you have questions about the market, want a second opinion, or just want to talk through your situation, I’m always happy to connect. You can call me at 603-393-4605 or reply to this email anytime. I’m here whenever you need a resource.
Thanks again for your time, and keep an eye out for the first video coming your way soon.
Your friend in real estate,
