Held on the beach at the D River State Recreation Site, the annual Fall Kite Festival is a cherished family tradition. In 2025, enjoy two days and one evening of kite-flying, entertainment, and activities that will truly let your heart soar.

Parking is available at the Lincoln City Community Center and the top level of the parking structure at the Lincoln City Outlets. Free shuttle service is available at both locations and runs continuously from
9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday. For the Night Fly on Friday, September 19th shuttle service will be available from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
