Children's Parade:
Sept 18 |
Green County 4-H is excited to once again participate in the Cheese Days Children’s Parade. All youth are welcome to participate and MUST be supervised by a parent, guardians, or an enrolled 4-H leader from their club. Please try to wear a green shirt OR a 4-H shirt.

4-H Shooting Sports Volunteer Certification: Sept. 19 |
Become a 4-H Shooting Sports Certified Instructor, or add an additional discipline certification! Must be an approved 4-H Volunteer and register through 4HOnline. Learn more at the WI 4-H Shooting Sports website.

Volunteers Needed for Explore 4-H Day: Oct. 4 |
Green County 4-H is hosting our annual open house event, called “Explore 4-H Day” at the Green County Fairgrounds on Sunday, October 4th from 1:00-3:00pm. We are in need of lots of volunteers to help! We need volunteers to help greet visitors, host our welcome table and run project stations. Our goal is to follow 10 different project stations that showcase the variety of things you can do in 4-H (such as… archery, visual art, foods, poultry, robotics and more).

Attention Horse Project members! We are looking for 4-H members and leaders interested in participating in the 2026-2027 4-H Horse Committee, to plan and coordinate events for 2027. We would like your input on when we should schedule this initial committee meeting in September. Please fill out the linked form by August 25.

4-H Record Books: NEW Forms |
4-H Record Books have a new look! Families have the option of filling out Record Books online or filling out a printed form by hand.

4-H Record Books Committee Meeting |
August 24
Meeting on Monday, August 24th at 6:30pm in Room 1 of the Justice Center to go over plans for 4-H Record Books review process and awards. This committee meeting is open to all interested members and adults.

4-H Adult Leaders Association Meeing |
August 31
The Green County 4-H Adult Leaders Association will meet Monday, August 31 at 7:30pm. Attend via Zoom or in-person at the Justice Center.

Auction Financial Records |
Deadline - September 1
This form must be completed and submitted to the Extension Office by each youth in order for them to be eligible to sell animals in next year's County Fair Auction.

Deadline - September 10
Have cute 4-H photos from County Fair or other 4-H activities? Email photos to Sam at the Extension Office. Please share your club name and a sentence describing the photo.
