COVID-19 UPDATES
The CDC has updated the definition for being up to date for COVID-19 vaccines. Students are considered up to date with COVID-19 vaccines when they have received all doses in the primary series, and all boosters recommended, when eligible.
All UO students are required to comply with the COVID-19 vaccine/exemption process.
Visit the University Health Services website to submit an image of your COVID-19 vaccine card or request an exemption.
If you have already completed the required up to date vaccine reporting or have reported an exemption to the COVID-19 vaccination, no further action is needed.
Be sure to check your UO email for important COVID-19 vaccination/exemption reporting deadlines.
