Dear Faculty, Administrators and Staff,
I’m excited to share two important announcements.
First, beginning next Monday, and continuing weekly thereafter, the Strategic Planning Facilitators will host Brewing Ideas Coffee Hours, every Monday from 4-5 p.m. (though, opting for decaf might be better at that time of the day!). We will be in the Starbucks area in the University Center, an informal setting where community members can drop in, discuss, and give feedback on weekly topics to further guide the development and implementation of the next strategic plan.
And second, it is with great pleasure that I share the 2025 Undergraduate Baccalaureate Commencement ceremony will take place on Monday, May 19, 2025, at 9 a.m. at the Prudential Center. It's always such a special day for our community, and I know this year will be no exception.
Graduation is one of those milestones that stays with you. For our students, it's the result of years of hard work and growth. We'll start seeing graduates step on the seal with joy, marking a great sense of accomplishment and transition. A moment that symbolizes their journey and connection to our university.
For the full schedule of graduate hooding ceremonies and other related events, please visit the Commencement website. We share these dates with you for your planning purposes.
More information will follow in the coming weeks, including the Undergraduate Commencement Speaker and bus transportation from campus.
I'm looking forward to being part of these celebrations with all of you, as we cheer on the Class of 2025 and watch them take their next steps forward. Thanks, as always, for the incredible support you give to our students.
