We have 2 new resources that we are super excited to share with you:
You can use this site to ask questions about EO Nashville bylaws, forum guidelines, board expectations, and more!
You will need to set up an account during your first visit.
You can use this new database to find the perfect venue for your next forum retreat.
We would also love for you to submit any venues you have used for your retreats. Please use TRUST & RESPECT when submitting this information. We are ONLY looking for your experience shares—your first-hand retreat experience. This is not an opportunity for you to solicit business for your (or a friend's) vacation rental.
All entries must be places that you have personally stayed in for an EO retreat and can share specific details on.
Thank you for your help with this new forum resource!

She transitioned to entrepreneurship to bring high-level strategic expertise to organizations seeking a true strategic partner and marketing expertise.
At Brand825, Kedran champions a culture of transparency, collaboration and accountability, guiding a team to deliver thoughtful strategy and creative work that drives results. She is passionate about helping businesses grow with clarity, creativity, and care, and she invests deeply in peer leadership through EO.
What is a personal piece of advice that you lean on and could pass on to others?
Clarity before activity.
And a quote I return to often from my favorite poet, Maya Angelou: “People will never forget how you made them feel.”
In marketing and in business, it is tempting to move fast and start executing. But I have learned that if the strategy is not clear, the activity will not convert. The time you invest upfront defining mission, positioning, audience and value proposition always pays dividends. Clarity drives confidence and confidence drives results.
At the same time, strategy alone is not enough. Clients may not remember every metric or campaign detail, but they will remember how you made them feel throughout the process. Did they feel heard, understood and supported? The same is true in leadership. Your team will remember how you show up under pressure, how you communicate and how you value their contributions. Results matter, but how you make people feel while achieving those results matters just as much.
Best business book you’ve ever read?
What Got You Here Won’t Get You There by Marshall Goldsmith.
That book was a powerful reminder that the skills and habits that help you build something are not always the same ones that help you scale it. Growth requires evolution. As leaders, we have to be willing to adjust, refine and sometimes let go of behaviors that once served us well. That mindset has been critical as I have grown Brand825.
One misstep you took in your business that you could caution others about?
Early on, I said yes too often. Yes to projects that were not fully aligned. Yes to pricing that did not reflect the value. Yes to timelines that were not realistic.
As a service based business owner, especially in the early years, it is easy to operate from a scarcity mindset. What I learned is that alignment and structure matter. Clear agreements, strategic fit and strong boundaries do not limit growth. They protect it. Today, we lead with strategy, clear scopes and retainer-based partnerships that allow us to truly move the needle.
How do you de-stress after a particularly hard day?
I unplug and slow down intentionally.
That usually means pouring a glass of Italian red wine, cooking a nice meal and spending time with my husband and our dog, Bella. There is something grounding about being in the kitchen and fully present at home after a day of high level decision making.
Entrepreneurship requires constant output, so creating rituals that bring you back to center is essential for me.
What is something about you that would surprise everyone reading this?
Despite being in branding and marketing, which is a very outward facing industry, I am actually quite introspective.
Strategy work requires deep listening, analysis and reflection. Some of our most powerful breakthroughs with clients come not from big flashy ideas, but from thoughtful questions and quiet discovery sessions.
What EO benefit has been most valuable to you?
Forum.
Having a confidential space with other high level entrepreneurs to share challenges, decisions and growth moments is invaluable. Entrepreneurship can feel isolating at times, and Forum provides perspective, accountability and honest feedback that you simply cannot get anywhere else.
Any exciting plans for 2026?
2026 is about strategic expansion and refinement.
We are continuing to elevate Brand825’s positioning as a high-level strategic marketing partner, not just an execution team. That includes deepening long term client partnerships, expanding our thought leadership footprint, and continuing to build a company that is both creatively exceptional and operationally strong.
Personally, as we entered our 10th year in operation, I am focused on scaling in a way that protects culture, quality and impact. Building something sustainable, not just bigger.
