Lap Pool Etiquette
Many of you are beating the summer heat by getting your workout done in the lap pool. We would like to remind everyone to be courteous of other lap pool users and please practice the following lap lane etiquette:
  • Swim to the right of your lane when sharing the lane with another swimmer or jogger
  • If there is already a swimmer in the same lane you are entering wait at the end of the lane before entering so that they see you have arrived.
  • When standing at the wall of a lane, stand to the right (when facing the wall) whenever possible to allow space for the incoming swimmer
  • If you can't make your reservation please be sure to cancel it online to free up the lane for another user.
Lap lanes are now open to four users.
Thank you for practicing correct lap pool etiquette.

Drums Alive® joins the dynamic movements of aerobic dance with the pulsating rhythms of the drum. It is a unique sensory/motor program that is designed to give the mind and body instant feedback through continuous movement and rhythmical flow. It is a program that utilizes “whole brain – whole body” thinking by developing sensory motor reflexes and kinesthetic awareness.

Each participant in this Fitness Drumming class uses a large stability ball, a base for the ball to sit on, and drum sticks. Space is limited and will be on a 1st come 1st serve basis.  The Ranch House has equipment for 9 participants. Please arrive 10 minutes before class to set up your station.
