Great Room Flooring Update
We will begin the wood floor re-staining sample process in the Great Room starting Monday, Feb. 2. Sample stain applications will be applied to designated test areas on the first-floor wood flooring to evaluate color and finish options. Please note the Great Room will be closed and inaccessible from Monday, Feb. 2 through Friday, Feb. 6 to allow for application and curing. During this time, the area will be coned off, and residents may notice a mild stain odor. We appreciate your patience during this process and will share additional updates should plans change.
Administrative Office Impacts
Temporary impacts to the Administrative Offices will continue as work progresses and are now expected to extend through around February 13. During this time, staff may continue to operate from temporary office space in the Executive Board Room. While timelines can shift based on project needs, these disruptions remain temporary. We will continue to keep the community informed as updates become available.
Pool Area Construction Noise
Please be advised that a partial concrete pool demolition is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 2 through Friday, Feb. 6. During this time, a temporary fence will be installed to separate the construction zone from the hot tubs and lap lanes. The hot tubs and lap lanes will remain open during normal Ranch House hours throughout the project. However, residents should expect increased noise levels, particularly for hot tub users, between 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.

Ranch House Entry Tile Demo – Early Closure Tuesday, Feb. 10
The entryway tile at the Ranch House will be removed on Tuesday, Feb. 10. This work requires a temporary closure of the main entrance. To minimize disruption to regular use, the Ranch House will close at 4 p.m. that day so contractors can continue work into the evening. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this temporarily disruptive but necessary step in the Phase 1 renovation process.
