Higher Education Leadership Panel Takes the Stage at Bass Performance Hall

Tarrant County higher education leaders will join Fort Worth Mayor Mattie Parker for a public discussion on how universities and city leadership are fueling innovation, entrepreneurship and economic vitality across the region. A reception will follow featuring student innovators and entrepreneurs whose work is already making an impact in Fort Worth.

WHY:
The discussion will highlight the many ways collaboration among higher education institutions and city leadership strengthens Fort Worth’s innovation economy. The event will emphasize the region’s shared commitment to advancing education, research and workforce development as drivers of economic growth and community impact.
The panel also serves as the opening event of TCU’s Values in Action Week, a campus-wide celebration of the university’s four strategic pillars — student-centered growth; research, scholarship and creative activities; athletics; and community engagement — culminating in the inauguration of TCU’s 11th chancellor, Daniel W. Pullin.
