On Monday, Sound Management's CHR/WNDV-FM (92.9fm, South Bend) will roll out a new morning show, as they bring back "Irish Dave" (Dave O'Connor) and his fiancé Christine Karsten for "The Irish Dave nad Christine Show". The show will air from 5:30am until 10:00am. Mr. O'Connor last worked for KTBG ("The Bridge") in the Kansas City market.
What happened to "U93"s former morning show, Lindsey and Big Perm? "Big Perm" will move to nights, while Lindsey will become APD of sister Rock/WYXX (97.7fm, Goshen) and handle middays on "97.7 Rock."
Talking Stick Communications' Classic Hits/WRSW-FM (107.3fm, Warsaw) signed on 70 years ago (August 11). The station had a block party on Saturday August 11 in Warsaw.

Heartland Media's CBS affiliate/WLFI-TV (Channel 18, Lafayette) adds a 10:00pm weeknight local newscast on their digital CW affiliate subchannel.
Chesterton High School's Variety/WDSO (88.3fm, Duneland) returned to their regular programming on Monday morning. WDSO student management this year:

Nexstar NBC affiliate WTWO-TV (Channel 2, Terre Haute) and Mission Broadcasting ABC affiliate WAWV (Channel 38, Terre Haute) News Director Deana Reece suddenly died. Age 59. Ms. Reece joined in January 2014, after last working just over the state line for WICS-TV/WICD-TV. WTWO-TV/WAWV-TV announced the story on their website. And, here's the obituary.

Keith Reising, Jr.'s Jennings County Promotion Partners begins their LMA of Classic Hits/WJCP (1460am, North Vernon) and W249DG (97.7fm, North Vernon) by flipping the format to "Korn Country".

On September 17, Midwest Communications will welcome Aaron Santini as OM of their cluster, which includes Classic Rock/WABX (107.5fm, Evansville), Country/WLFW (93.5fm, Chandler), AC/WIKY (104.1fm, Evansville), and CHR/WSTO-FM (96.1fm, Owensboro, Kentucky). Mr. Santini last worked in the Traverse City/Petoskey, Michigan market for MacDonald-Garber Broadcasting as PD/morning co-host for their legendary CHR/WKHQ (105.9fm, Charlevoix, Michigan).
