The Freedom Trail Revival Tour is a project of the Mississippi Conference End Racism for Good initiative. The goal of the series of worship events is to unite United Methodists of all races in worship, and inspire all of us to go back to our communities empowered to stand up to racism where we find it and to stand for the radical good news of Jesus Christ for us all. The tour will also honor the cloud of witnesses in each community, both past and present, who labored before us for justice and equality.
All worship services begin at 2:00 p.m.

Children's Sunday School begins in the Garden at 9:30 am. Ages 3 years old - 4th grade welcome. This month's theme, "Guide," explores how Jesus is our guide in our lives. We will need PreK, K and 1st Grade teachers this SundayTo *volunteer click this link.

What was the first ever Youth Connection weekend? Worship, spiritual formation, service, and fun! Our students got to hear from a wide range of powerful speakers across our connection, worshipped, and discussed their faith together. Parkway Hills youth served our community at Good Samaritan Center, Wells Memorial United Methodist Church food bank, Big House Books, and Alta Woods UMC’s medical clinic. Thank you to all the adults who helped make this possible, Anderson United Methodist Church, Millsaps College Millsaps College Chaplain, our speakers and worship leaders, support volunteers, planning team, our Parkway Hills United Methodist Church choir for feeding us when we were worn out from serving, and St. Matthew's United Methodist Church Youth for hosting us for some late night fun. We are all truly connected in Christ!

They also supplied the first swing, dedicated in memory of our dear friend Rick Kolar. This past Sunday we had the chance to recognize them at Scout Sunday, and our February communion offering, to date $1,331.00, benefits hundreds of Scouts in our church and community.
