Holy Thursday Prayer Service and Lenten Food Drive
We were blessed to gather as an all-school community today for our Holy Thursday Prayer Service, and to share our donations from the Lenten Food Drive with St. Vincent de Paul. Thank you to all those who made the prayer service possible, and to all those who participated in the Food Drive. Your contributions will help feed the 3,000+ families that rely on St. Vincent DePaul for their food. Wishing everyone a blessed Holy Week!

shoe drive tuesday, april 19
Freshman Eva Fetahagic is working with the Changing Footprints organization to host a special shoe drive on Tuesday, April 19 at Brebeuf Jesuit's track meet against Bishop Chatard. We encourage everyone to bring a pair of new or gently used shoes to donate!
All donations go towards Changing Footprints, an organization that collects shoes for distribution to those in need locally, nationally, and internationally.

MOTHER'S DAY JEWELRY DRIVE
Wednesday, April 20 - Wednesday, May 4
In celebration of Mother's Day, Hollis Carbrey '24 and a group of other Brebeuf students are organizing a jewelry drive for the children and mothers/caregivers of Holy Angels School.
They are accepting donations of new or gently used jewelry (no watches or pins, please!) beginning next Wednesday, April 20.
Brebeuf students who bring in a jewelry donation or $5.00 monetary donation will earn a sweatpants day!

CAROLINE SYMMES CHILDHOOD CANCER ENDOWMENT FUNDRAISER
Kendall Claymon '22 is the president of the Caroline Symmes Childhood Cancer Endowment Teen Board. She is selling crewneck sweatshirts in a competition against the rest of the board. They are $35 each and can be purchased via Venmo (@Kendall-Claymon) with size included in the comment, or via this link. All proceeds go to childhood cancer research!

- One blood donation can save up to three lives.
- Cancer patients need blood and platelet transfusions during chemo treatments to help their bodies fight.

Third Thursday Prayer HuddleThursday, April 21, 8:30 a.m. All faith traditions are welcome to join the Dads Club for a brief moment of prayer following morning drop-off. We will meet on the northeast end of the student parking lot near the soccer fields. All who plan to participate, please park near the electrical tower towards the back of the lot.

Inaugural black history/hbcu tour - fall 2022: APPLICATIONS DUE TOMORROW, APRIL 15The Office of Equity and Inclusion, in partnership with College Counseling, is proud to announce the Inaugural Black History/HBCU Tour taking place Fall 2022.
We will be taking a small group of students to Georgia and Alabama for an immersive black history experience. In addition to exploring various cultural/historic sites, participants will also visit Spelman College, Morehouse College, Clark Atlanta University, and Tuskegee University.

Brebeuf jesuit riley dance marathon - SPEAKERS NEEDED!Friday, April 29, 2022, 4:00 p.m.
Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School
Dance Marathon is coming back to Brebeuf! We are excited to celebrate Riley Hospital for Children and Riley kids across our community. Students are invited to attend for a fun and impactful event filled with music, games, Riley Stories, food, and fundraising. The Indiana University Dance Marathon team will be on site to showcase the IUDM 2022 Line Dance! Students can sign up here.

BREBEUF CHOIRS HEADING TO ISSMA STATE QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE FIRST TIME IN SCHOOL HISTORY
For the first time in school history, our Brebeuf Choirs will perform in the ISSMA State Qualifications on April 30. In preparation these next few weeks, students will be working with some of the biggest names in choral music. On April 21, students will spend their day with world renowned composer/arranger Stacey V. Gibbs, world renowned opera soprano Angela Brown, and nationally recognized choral conductor Dr. Jillian Harris Jones. On April 25, Bill Griffel, director of the Purdue Men's Glee Club, will come to prep our students one last time before State Qualifications. We thank all these individuals for bringing their expertise in preparing our talented vocal students for this big event.

MIDNIGHT MASQUERADE PROM 2022April 23, 2022
8:00-11:00 p.m.
Fountain Square Theatre
Doors open at 7:30 p.m., and students must arrive by 8:00 p.m. Additionally, all students and guests must have school IDs with them. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
There will be drawings for some awesome prizes provided by the Mothers Association. Must be present to win!
Tickets are on sale for $50 at this link until Wednesday, April 20. Guest forms are available in the Dean's Office and are also due by Wednesday, April 20. Please note that tickets are non-refundable. Financial assistance for Prom tickets is available to those who qualify. Please contact Libby Pollak with questions.

CHOIR CONCERT NEXT WEEKCome join the Brebeuf Choirs as they present an evening of Greatest Hits from their 2021-2022 Season including the music of Queen, Kirk Franklin, Bon Jovi, Moses Hogan, Aerosmith, and much more. Performances will be Thursday, April 21. School performance during 2nd PRT at 1:45 p.m. and full concert at 7:30 p.m. in the chapel. Come support and celebrate our talented vocal students!
