A Conversation With...

Storm the Stadium is virtual and happening this week!

Storm the Stadium 2021 won’t take place in Notre Dame Stadium, but don’t let that stop you. This time it's virtual, so you can take part from anywhere, on stairs or a flat surface. But you only have until this Saturday, May 1, to do so. NDWorks sat down with Megan Leis, assistant director of military and veterans affairs, to ask about the cause behind the event. (More...)

"The Notre Dame tradition and community remain strong and true no matter the circumstances. The strength that allows us to persevere comes from the unity of the Notre Dame family." — Devin Diggs '22, president of The Shirt Committee

Behind the Scenes

Livestream from space not just another day in the office

Notre Dame Studios staff members are adept at making live productions run smoothly, even when the challenges are out of this world. Astronaut Mike Hopkins was aboard the International Space Station, 250 miles above Earth's surface, during a recent Live Chat at ND. The program went so well, you would never have guessed what went on behind the scenes. (More...)

OIT hosts virtual Coffee House

The Office of Information Technologies (OIT) has hosted a bi-annual Coffee House talent showcase since 2014. It’s a social event where OIT staff can watch their co-workers perform in an informal setting. But when COVID hit, the OIT Coffee House team found a way to continue this tradition. Last week, the team premiered its third virtual show.
