Mindfulness and Spiritual Wellbeing

Spiritual wellbeing is the process of discovering meaning and purpose in life, as well as understanding the beliefs, values, and ethics that help guide your life. Working towards spiritual wellbeing may sound daunting, but regardless of your spiritual background, there are many practices and resources that you can utilize to empower yourself and enhance your spiritual wellbeing.

Let's Talk will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays from January 8 - March 8 (no session on Jan. 15). Let’s Talk’s sessions are drop-in and first-come, first-served format.

Art Therapy Open Studio is a self-directed community space for people to spend time doing creative activities they enjoy, such as writing and art-making, while also being able to socialize or take a breather.
Open studio allows individuals to express their feelings and thoughts through a creative and therapeutic process because sometimes words are not enough. Join every Thursday, from 2:00 – 4:30 PM at the Student Wellness Center Room 1058 B.
