CATCH My Breath Youth Advisory Board

The CATCH My Breath Youth Advisory Board is a space where teens from around the country come together and use their creative minds to inform and inspire their peers to commit to a vape-free lifestyle. This year, board members are “taking over” CATCH’s social media channels to amplify their voices and raise awareness. Check out our video to meet each board member and learn what the role of a youth advocate means to them. This month, CATCH is excited to kick off our 6th semester of partnership with the School District of Philadelphia (SDP) to provide Whole Child leadership and P.E. programs to K-8 schools across the district. To date, we have served 31 schools in SDP, reaching roughly 13,233 kids with health and wellness programming. To learn more about our work in Philadelphia, visit our Spotlight Page.

Professional Development Reinforces Individual & Community Benefits

We are always honored to connect with educators, community organizations, and school districts across the world to support their professional development needs. From training topics on best practices in physical education to nutrition and more, we’re engaging in a community of like-minded individuals who in turn nurture and guide children with tools that fosters healthy habits for their physical, mental and emotional wellness.

In 2022 alone, we provided over 130 in-person trainings to over 1,900 adults, and already kicked off trainings the first week of this new year!
