The Ranch House will be offering a Qigong workshop and Restorative yoga workshop in the upcoming March fitness schedule.
Restorative Yoga Workshop with Mimi Dora, Sunday Mar. 7 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Restorative Yoga is designed to relax your muscles, calm your nervous system and release emotional tension through a sequence of postures.
We are also bringing back the popular Animal Frolics Qigong & Meditation Workshop with Cari Shurman on Sunday, Mar. 14 from 5p.m. to 6p.m.
