We hope this issue of our E-newsletter finds you and yours safe and well.
Though our galleries remain closed until the Governor lifts the stay at home order, we are working hard to share exhibitions and works from our collection virtually. We are working toward making all of our current exhibitions viewable online. The first is the Student Response Exhibition, Circling 'Round. Thank you to Arts Management Intern, Diana Kate Karsanow, for her work in getting this exhibition online in such a short time. We also have extended the voting deadline until May 1, with the winners now being announced on May 6.
Lastly, we have launched two video series which are being posted on our Youtube channel and shared via Facebook and Instagram. Watch the Curator's Corner episodes on Fridays and Wednesdays where our Curator of Exhibitions, Jason Shaiman, guides us through works in the ongoing exhibition, Art History at a Glance piece-by-piece. Each Monday, Collections Manager/Registrar, Laura Stewart, shares an up-close view of new works recently acquired for our collection in her series, Collections Connection.
