Breakfast Sausage

See us make it on the latest episode of Feed Me Vegan: 


1 can of beans including liquid, mashed with potato masher 
2 T Sage
2 T Black pepper 
1/2 cup nooch (nutritional yeast)
1/4 cup soy sauce or liquid aminos or tamari
3 cups vital wheat gluten
Water to preferred texture (roughly 1 c)
3/4 cups shortening
4 cloves garlic, minced 
onion powder 

Blend all ingredients together. Knead well, at least 5 minutes to develop gluten. Divide into patties and wrap in foil. Steam for 45 minutes or bake as directed in video.
