đź’Reflections from a Food Leadership Graduate | |
ChloĂ« De Smedt, a recent graduate of the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University, has carved a path at the intersection of food security, policy, and sustainability. With a concentration in International Environmental Studies and minors in Food Leadership and Sustainability, she brings passion and perspective to some of today’s most urgent challenges.Â
Chloë reflects on how GFI and the Food Leadership Minor shaped her journey:
"Having worked in restaurants, established a baking business of my own, and coming from a family where food is a large part of our culture, I had been exposed to food in different contexts and wanted to further my knowledge of food as it relates to culture, policy, and sustainability."
