Announcements Build Exito Call for Proposals
BUILD EXITO is pleased to announce the third request for application (RFA3), a funding opportunity for Portland State University faculty in the biomedical, behavioral, social, clinical, and bioengineering sciences. This mechanism is to support early career investigators who have not yet received independent funding from a federal funder beyond a pilot mechanism (e.g., R18, R21, R03) and provide an opportunity to conduct research that will result in a future submission by the PI of a mentored career award (e.g., K01, K99, K08) to an external funder within 12 months of receiving this award. Awards are up to $25,000 and up to 5 awards will be granted. This mechanism is only open to PSU faculty. Tenured, tenure track and non-tenured track faculty are welcome to apply.
