Veterans Council Meeting Interest

Our graduate assistant Nic will be convening a Student Veteran Council this semester to connect with the student veterans from across campus. We will discuss past and future veterans events, various initiatives in the Office of Student Veterans and student veteran organizations, and ways in which student veteran organizations can better engage with and serve the community. This meeting is open to all interested military-affiliated students. The Office of Student Veterans plans to hold the council meeting over Zoom.
Please use this Doodle Poll to enter your availability for the potential meeting dates. We look forward to meeting with you all.
For any questions or more information, please email Nic at nicholas.harrelson@duke.edu.

Share your Student/Alumni Bio!

Interested in having a student veteran bio featured in the newsletter or a veteran alumni bio active on our Student Affairs website? Email our graduate assistant, Beautiful Reed, at beautiful.reed@duke.edu. She will provide you with a bio template and instructions on how to edit, update, or remove your student or alumni bio at any time.

Open Door Availability

The Office of Student Veterans will be available throughout the school year. Although we will not have official office hours, we are readily able to assist you at any time most convenient for you.
If you would like to meet, please email our graduate assistants Nic at nicholas.harrelson@duke.edu, and Beautiful at beautiful.reed@duke.edu. They will be happy to schedule you to meet with someone in our office.
