While on-campus and in-person events have all been cancelled, organizations are still permitted to spend both ASG-approved funds that are not related to those types of events and Agency funds while functioning remotely. All currently available funds in organization accounts are still able to be used. All previously available spending options in buyway are still permitted for use - please review the treasurer canvas training course for a reminder on what spending options are available to you.
Do you think your organization may be in debt? Please have your Treasurer check their account status on The Hub. If they are in debt, please have your Treasurer transfer funds between their agency and ASG account. If there are not sufficent funds to transfer, work with the students to come up with a fundraising plan for when they return to campus.

Additionally, if the organization you advise has already scheduled payments to go out for upcoming events, or have pending items in buyway for events that have been affected by on-campus event cancellations, please be sure to contact to the organization's treasurer to ensure that cancelation of pending payments in buyway.
