The 28th Annual Student Scholars Day is coming up soon on April 10th. Registration for presenters has closed, however volunteers are needed to make this awesome event run smoothly. As a volunteer you can get a free t-shirt! Sign up here today to volunteer. The last day to register is Monday, March 25th.
The end of the semester is quickly approaching and so is the Winter 2024 Graduate School Citation Awards. We are seeking nominations from students who want to highlight faculty members who demonstrate inclusion, outstanding mentorship, or outstanding teaching. All nominations with completed forms must be sent to bergerut@gvsu.eduno later than Monday, March 25th. Faculty and students will be recognized at the event, which will take place on Friday, April 19th in Loosemore Auditorium at 5:00 p.m.
The last Mental Health Screening Day of the semester will be on Thursday, March 28th. There will be two downtown locations; the Center for Health Sciences and the Seidman Center. Check the schedule to find a time that works for you. Can’t make it in person? Check out the virtual screening option that is available 24/7. PACES events have been going strong this semester. The next session will be a meditation session on April 9th, relax your mind and secure your spot today. There are two more PACES sessions left for the remainder of the semester, check them out, here.
The Graduate Showcase is an event that highlights outstanding projects completed by graduate students at GVSU. The event will take place on Tuesday, April 23rd. All nominations must be approved and submitted by the Graduate Program Director by Monday, March 25th. Connect with your program director today to ensure materials are submitted on time.
