We thank you for your patience and support over these last four months as we have been working diligently at finding all of your favorite programs a temporary new home during Northgate's renovation.
We hope you enjoy all of the programs and activities we have scheduled for you next season; while the locations are different, you can still expect the same amazing activities, instructors and fun!
Fall 2023 Registration Details
To maximize the period of time that NESA can offer program registration for (and to ensure we meet program enrollment minimums), registration is officially open now, both online and in-person.
Office Relocation Reminder: NESA's office is temporarily located in the McClure United Church [13708 74 Street]. (See office hours posted below),
Please note that while the majority of our programs are scheduled to start during the week of September 11, 2023, we kindly ask our members to consider registering as soon as they are able to so we can ensure our programs don't run the risk of getting cancelled due to low enrollment.
NESA Summer Office Hours
Effective immediately through to and including Friday, September 1, 2023 NESA's temporary office hours will be:
8:30am-3:00pm Monday through Friday.
Please Note: NESA will be closed on Monday, September 4, 2023
NESA Fall Office Hours
Effective Tuesday, September 5, 2023, NESA's temporary office hours will be:
9:00am-3:00pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
The office will be closed on Wednesdays.
NESA Book Donations and Future Book Sales
Now that we are all moved in and organized at the McClure United Church, we are pleased to inform you that we are now able to accept select book donations.
If you have any pocketbooks or hard/soft cover books, please feel free to drop them off to the Church during our scheduled office hours.
Please note: We are not currently accepting magazines at this time.
'Lil Book Sale' Schedule
As we start to accumulate your book donations, we are hopeful to begin scheduling weekly book sales in the coming weeks.
These sales are tentatively scheduled to begin at the McClure United Church on Mondays from 9am-3pm, located in the basement.
Our first book sale is scheduled for Monday, September 18, 2023.
Sales will be processed in the upstairs NESA office. Cash sales only.
Please Note: To prevent program disruption, you will be required to take the lift down to the basement to access the book room.
Bottle Drive
Our next bottle drive will be on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 from 8:30am-12:00pm at the Steele Heights Community Hall parking lot.
(Steele Heights Address: 5825 140 Avenue).
