New Transfers of Expense Tool Now Available

The new Transfers of Expense (TOE) module launched for all provisioned department users this past Friday, October 10. If you have questions or need assistance as you begin working with this new tool in Oracle Financials Cloud (OFC), we encourage you to attend weekly office hours and reference the new step-by-step guides available here.

There will also be a sandbox environment available for users to practice working in this new tool; more details to come.

The first set of Accounts Payable reports are scheduled to be released in FinHub this week. Additionally, office hours will transition to a weekly cadence (Tuesdays from 1-2pm). We encourage you to join the FinHub users Google Chat space for assistance and reference the report release schedule to stay informed about future report releases.

Coming Soon: Additional FinHub Training

In response to feedback in our recent go-live survey, the Office of Financial Training is developing a “FinHub Toolkit” to provide more on-demand assistance navigating the new FinHub reports. The team is also working on live training for this topic, planned for November. Stay tuned for more information!
