  - The names and affiliations of faculty interested in the use of the equipment, and their current and         pending support.
  - A brief statement of the current capacity for this type of equipment at PSU. (Is this new or a                 replacement of existing equipment?)
  - A brief statement of how this equipment supports a larger research agenda at PSU. (What new             infrastructure does this create?)
  - Potential for future impact on research activities at PSU.
