A 7-week email program that provides students with the skills and strategies to achieve more restful nights and wakeful days. Program topics include, physiology of sleep, relaxation training, mindfulness training, and cognitive therapy strategies. Register here by January 12th.

Join Student Wellness for an accessible and approachable Restorative Yoga class that will ease tension and melt your worries away. Classes are free and open to all levels of experience and props and mats are provided. Please come in comfortable clothes and dress in layers.
Class is held on Mondays from 3-4pm in the Student Wellness Multipurpose Room. (840 E. 59th Street)

| Maroon Mental Health Matters
|
Maroon Mental Health Matters is a 3.5 -hour program designed to give participants the skills to help someone experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis.
The course is tailored specifically for the University of Chicago community. It uses didactics, role-playing, and group discussion to help participants appropriately recognize and respond to mental health concerns or emotional crises. Register for an upcoming student training or staff/faculty training .
