Reminder: Summer construction projects get underway soon
The Main Circle at the north end of Notre Dame Avenue will be closed to traffic for the summer, reopening in mid-August prior to the start of the academic year. Beginning Monday, June 3, construction crews will replace the circular driveway, surrounding sidewalks, and the underground storm sewer system serving this part of campus.
Notre Dame Avenue will remain open for access to the Morris Inn, McKenna Hall, Stinson-Remick Hall, and the Hesburgh Center for International Studies.
The second phase of the project, reconstruction of the space inside the Main Circle, will start next spring and will be completed by August 2025. Read about these projects and download maps here.
