This Senior Director of Development position is ideal for someone who loves talking with people, listening and casting vision. This individual isn't afraid to invite others to give to make a difference! Previous development experience is preferred, but the right pastor or Christian business person with the relational gifts for fundraising could also be the perfect fit.
