New Publication: GW Oncology Patient Navigator Training
To understand its reach and impact to over 13,000 learners over 10 years, the GW TAP team analyzed data from the Oncology Patient Navigator Training: The Fundamentals. Across all lessons, statistically significant improvements in learner confidence for all learning objectives were reported. In sum, the freely available Patient Navigator Training developed by the GW Cancer Center provides a strong foundation to prepare oncology patient navigators for practice. Read more here.

Virginia's Childhood Cancer Educational Navigator Program
Since 2018, the Cancer Action Coalition of Virginia has included pediatric cancer in the state cancer plan. The ASK Childhood Cancer Foundation’s Educational Navigator program helps patients and families coordinate care and school while securing needed resources and information.
