DEPARTMENT J TRAINING
Planning to attend our J-1 for Beginners department training? Please note that this training has been rescheduled to Thursday, April 25th from 9:30AM to 11:00AM.

DATE AMENDMENTS
When a scholar can't arrive on time, as a courtesy we are happen to amend the dates on the DS-2019 without a new offer letter as long as the duration is staying the same. However, the VGS or RSAS appointment will need to be updated before the scholar arrives at UC San Diego to begin their program. Please make sure that if you are requesting a date amendment, that you also update the appointment prior to their arrival.

Starting April 1st, 2024, US Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) will be revising their premium processing time from 15 calendar days to 15 business days.
