Perlmutter Leadership Conference

Perlmutter is an annual student leadership conference that provides unique and valuable opportunities for professional and leadership development. It's open to up to 150 Miami undergraduate students.

Prior to attending, you'll take the Strengths Finder™ assessment and then spend time during Perlmutter exploring and learning how to apply your top five Strengths Finder™ “signature themes” to classes, things you’re involved in, and to your every day life at Miami. Attendance at Perlmutter is a great way to learn about and explore your strengths as a leader!

Leadership Certificate Program

The Wilks Leadership Certificate Program is open to all students and allows you to explore leadership opportunities & experiences at Miami in a guided way. As a member of the program, you will complete a series of requirements focused on leadership exploration and development.

Examples of the types of things you'll do include:

Attend a few leadership workshops, events, and program
Actively participate in a student organization (or more than one!)
Engage in a service project
Develop a personal leadership philosophy
And more!

Complete an online application today!
The application deadline is September 26 at 5pm.
