Dear Villanova Families,

Congratulations to the Villanova University Class of 2023 and their families! We are incredibly grateful for your support and partnership as you helped your Villanovans navigate, learn and grow over the last four years. Please enjoy some family moments captured during Commencement Weekend that beautifully illustrate the culmination of your energy, love and dedication. The pride was palpable on campus—I hope what you felt during Commencement Weekend, and the memories you shared, stay with you for years to come.

Fall 2023 Invoices Will Post in July

As a reminder, Fall 2023 semester bills are processed in July with an August due date. Notification of bills posting will be sent to students and to parents/guardians who have parent access.

Meal Plan Registration

Registration for the Fall 2023 meal plan will remain open through Sunday, June 18! Take a look at the various options and discuss which aligns best with your Villanovan's lifestyle and needs.

Start the Accommodation Process this Summer

If your student has not previously registered with Learning Support Services (LSS) or the Office of Disability Services (ODS) to receive accommodations, please encourage them to complete the Online Intake Form through Clockwork and provide us with their documentation. Students will then be contacted to schedule a meeting to discuss their needs. Additional information, including guidelines for how to complete this form and requirements for documentation, is available on the LSS website.

Important 2023 Academic & Residence Hall Dates

August 19-22 (Sa-Tu): New Student Orientation
August 20-22 (Su-Tu): Returning students can move into residence halls (no sign-up time/date required)
August 23 (W): Classes begin
September 4 (M): Labor Day (no classes)
September 22-24 (F-Su): Family Weekend
October 9-15 (M-Su): Fall Break
October 16 (M): Classes resume
November 21 (Tu): Thanksgiving Recess begins after last class
November 27 (M): Classes resume
December 11 (M): Last day of classes
December 12 (Tu): Reading day
December 13-19 (W-Tu): Final Exams (no exams Sun., Dec. 17). Winter Break begins after student's last final.
