It may only be October, but now is the perfect time to get a head start on W-2 season!
As we approach the end of the calendar year, we encourage all employees to take a few minutes to review their personal information and W-2 delivery preferences in Oracle Cloud.

Verify your mailing address in Oracle Cloud. Make sure your home address is accurate and up to date, especially if you receive a paper W-2 form through ADP W-2 Services.
- Me > Personal Information > Contact Info
-
Check your personal information in Oracle Cloud. Review your name and other identifying information for accuracy.
- Me > Personal Information > Personal Details

Review your Tax Withholding in Oracle Cloud. Take a moment to review your current federal tax withholding elections and determine whether any updates are needed.

Turning Goals into Action |
|
|
|
As performance review season comes to a close, you may have identified new goals, reflected on your accomplishments, and considered how you want to grow in the year ahead. But knowing where you want to go is only part of the equation. With competing demands, shifting priorities, and a full workload, how do you make meaningful progress on the things that matter most? In this Linkedin Learning course, How to Set Goals When Everything Feels Like a Priority (49 minutes), Dorie Clark offers practical guidance for navigating these challenges and turning your goals into purposeful action.
This course explores how to identify what truly deserves your attention, take actionable steps toward your priorities, and overcome obstacles that can get in the way of accomplishing your goals. Whether you are working toward a professional development goal, building a new skill, or managing competing responsibilities, these strategies can help you approach your workload with greater clarity and intention. As you look ahead to your next chapter of growth, use this course to help you move beyond setting goals and build a realistic plan for making progress, even when everything feels important.

2026-2027 Staff Goal Setting
|
As the 2025-2026 staff performance evaluation cycle draws to a close, it is time to turn our attention to staff goal setting for the 2026-2027 review period.
Goal setting is one of the most important steps in the performance management process. Well-defined goals connect each employee’s focus areas to the priorities of their department, division and the broader mission of the University. They set expectations and provide a shared basis for meaningful conversations between employees and supervisors throughout the year. When goals are thoughtfully developed and aligned, they strengthen accountability, support fair and consistent evaluation, and help the University advance its strategic objectives.
We encourage all staff employees and supervisors to approach this process collaboratively and to use it as an opportunity to discuss and set priorities for the year.

How do I ensure my assignment is up to date? Each Semester - log onto Oracle Cloud on or after these dates - 9/1, 1/16 and 6/1 Go to ME – Show More Go to Employment – Employment Info
Look for the following essential information: Assignment Status Type – Active Pay Class:

- Student and Hourly Staff – HRLY
|
|

What if my assignment information is not accurate? Reach out to your supervisor! Clarify the information together and if the information is deemed inaccurate, ask them to submit an assignment change to HR / Payroll.
