This is a mandatory survey for every member, every year. We are attempting to combine efforts for a few initiatives into one survey, including the value of your experience in EO and a few questions about our Strategic Alliance Partners. This will decrease the number of emails you get about other issues.
ALL of this information is very important to the health of the chapter and we appreciate you taking the time!

Requalification Grace Period Policy:
Current members who no longer meet the qualifications for membership will have a grace period of one year. A current member who has successfully sold their business for more than $8 million will have a grace period of five years. After the member’s applicable grace period, the member may remain in EO if either:
*The member’s forum unanimously votes to keep the member.
*The EO Nashville Board votes to keep the member.
For sake of efficiency, the EO Nashville Board may elect to grant grace periods of up to five years for highly regarded members who have made exceptional contributions to EO Nashville.
Members who provide inaccurate or misleading information on this form will forfeit any grace period eligibility.
EO members will have 30 days to provide requalification materials. Failure to respond in a timely manner will result in immediate placement in the grace period.
