Are you starting to get snow crazy? There are lots of fun and sustainable things to do in winter. For those who love the snow, playing in this amazing magic powder is a synonym for wintertime. But that charm factor can be lost in routine and consistency. Do you always downhill ski? Why not attempt cross country skiing or snowshoeing? Try something new. To enjoy snow sustainably during winter, you can build a snowman or a snow fort, make a snow angel, have a snowball fight, or use a snow sled. These activities are gentle on the environment and fun to do with family and friends. Plus it gets you outside to appreciate our winter wonderland.

Did you Know | Homeowner Contact Information |

Did you know that the RVRMA Member Directory is a password protected member database that is only available to RVR homeowners? Per CCIOA (Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act) communities like RVR are responsible for maintaining various records, some of which may or may not be made available to homeowners.
A common question we receive from homeowners is "Can I have my neighbor's contact information?" CCIOA clearly requires us to withhold certain information, including telephone numbers and email addresses of owners. Often we will refer homeowners to the Member Directory to obtain this information. The contact information that lives in the Member Directory (telephone number & email addresses) is there because the owner gave RVRMA written consent for it to be there. Although, basic information such as the owner’s name (or associated LLC) and address is published as this information is public and required by Colorado law.
Click here to update any information you wish to share (or not share) on the Member Directory. Have you recently set up a new email? Changed your mailing address? This form can be used to update your contact information in the directory and all RVRMA databases. The form is also accessible anytime at the top left hand corner of our website rvrma.org.

| We know that many dogs love to meet and greet people and other dogs when they are out for a walk. It's important to keep in mind that there are folks in the neighborhood, for a variety of reasons, that cannot or would rather not, socialize with dogs. Some dogs that you come across on the walking trail may also be nervous or anxious around others. Dog owners can help eliminate this potential fear and uneasiness by clearly and respectfully using a dog leash.
We appreciate your efforts towards courteous pet ownership and helping to preserve the peaceful enjoyment of River Valley Ranch!
